(Natural News) To continue receiving Universal Basic Income (UBI) payments from the government, Brazilians on welfare are now required to provide proof of vaccination.
Newly elected Lula da Silva, Brazil’s new socialist-globalist leader, has decreed that the so-called Bolsa Familia program be updated to include only those receiving every “vaccine” required by the government.
“We can’t play,” said da Silva. “It’s a question of science. If I have 10 Covid vaccines to take, I will take whatever is necessary.”
It was the Rio Times that first announced these changes to the Bolsa program, which is described as “a welfare program for the poorest families in Brazil” and “a kind of universal basic income.” In practice, the system has become a social credit system similar to that in communist China.
From now on, all participants in Bolsa Familia will be required to provide proof of injection in order to continue receiving cash payments – see below:
Lula says Brazilians can only get financial aid if they’ve taken the Vax. Bolsa Família requires Vax certificates from the participants and their children: we can’t play, it’s a matter of science. If I have 10 Covid vaccines to take, I will take whatever is necessary. ? ? pic.twitter.com/hqrYq4jO6r

CBDCs will power UBI programs around the world
The announcement comes as central banks in Brazil and around the world prepare to launch their new Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) initiatives, which will phase out cash and coins.
The monetary systems of the future – systems that are about to become the present – will require full obedience of the populace to every government regulation, including mandatory vaccination. In this way, everyone in the world is forced into absolute state servitude.
Almost every CBDC scheme currently in the works has an expiry and expiration date, which means participants must spend their allocated funds within a certain timeframe or it all vanishes.
There are also “anti-hoarding” features in most of them, making it even more difficult for people to save their money instead of spending it on the schedule the government wants.
Third are the “total information awareness” mechanisms built into CBDC. Mark E. Jeftovic of Bomb Thrower describes them as follows:
“Once it’s digitized in a central database (central banks), rather than being cryptographically secured on a decentralized blockchain (bitcoin), everything becomes immediately known to the central authorities. Taxation can be per transaction, but what is more interesting is that prices can also be changed on the fly.”
“For example, if you’re behind on your property or income taxes — or have an unpaid fine (perhaps because you’re fighting it), you could simply activate a rolling garnishee for your wallet until it’s paid off.”
Unlike Bitcoin, CBDCs do not offer freedom and privacy. Every movement of money will be fully traceable and the government will have full access to every detail for enforcement purposes.
“Covid vaxports have already been armed in China, Brazil is doing so with its UBI program and if this is all formalized in a CBDC they are unlikely to launch it without the framework for widespread social credit and control systems being part of the installation is. ‘ explains Jeftovic.
“We all know from our experience with the pandemic that emergencies tend to drag on forever. The ‘War on Terror’ is still in effect and there are still legions of collectivist automatons tweeting #CovidIsntOver.”
