Britney Spears, 41, uses mediation to help her find peace of mind in her difficult life. The singer shared information about her decision to try the new practice on Instagram, admitting that her husband Sam Asghari “hates” her. “I’m this meditation bitch now 🧘🏼‍♀️…my husband hates it…he thinks I’ve gone insane,” she wrote alongside a 1961 black-and-white photo of a little girl in Paris, France in front of a bear dances . “My masseuse always does this and he looks so peaceful… I’m like wow… that looks interesting. Falling deep within myself… I’m saying all of this because I’m trying to make an effort to take care of myself.”

“I usually forget to eat… I wait way too long and I’m too sensitive. So if something goes wrong in the house, it’s like the end of the world,” she continued. “So yesterday I got in my car and I cried… I cried so freaking hard but gosh, my car is my spaceship 🚀… that’s where I put my best interests, thoughts, creative drives, ideas, it’s spiritual… totally.” spiritually and we’re all traveling together. 🚙 So I don’t feel alone unless those big 18 wheels come along and weigh down the road and I want to shit on myself… but it’s time for me… my own inner thoughts. Britney went on to explain that she was “crying in the car … but no one could tell,” just herself, and a random man told her it would be okay. “My face still looked normal…I was fine but then there he was…that big man at the friggin’ window 🪟…he made me feel sorry!!! IT WILL BE OK!!! …………… WTF DID HE JUST SAID???” She continued. “He doesn’t KNOW ME and I didn’t fucking know his ass…so why did he say that??? It will be alright!!! I was offended. Fuck you stupid man at Jack in The Box. You don’t know me…you’re not my blood so fuck yourself!!!”

After Britney shared the new post, her fans took to the comments section to share their thoughts. “He realized you were sad,” one fan wrote, referring to the man. “This rant was amazing. Love you Britney,” another wrote, while a third shared, “Hope you’re alright girl!”

Britney’s latest post comes after Sam, who she married earlier this year, opened up about why she hasn’t accompanied him to some of the recent A-list events he’s attended. “Out of respect for their privacy, I don’t post them 24/7. I ask permission if I ever do this. My job requires me to attend a lot of events. I’d be honored if she joins,” he wrote on Instagram. “For them, these things are not fun. You are frantic [sic] and full of stress. Especially since she’s been doing these things since she was 8 years old. Besides, she’s already killed everyone she’s been with.”
