Daniel Durant & Britt Stewart Reunite After Meeting on Season 31 of “DWTS” – Hollywood Life

There’s a new Dancing With the Stars couple to obsess over! Daniel Durant and Britt Stewart confirmed their relationship on Valentine’s Day by officially taking to Instagram. The pair met during DWTS season 31 when they teamed up and finished fifth overall.

Daniel shared a sweet Instagram photo that showed Britt with her arms around him. “My Valentine. Happy Valentine’s Day,” he wrote. Britt also posted an adorable video she took with Daniel. She captioned the video with a simple heart emoji and tagged Daniel.
Her Dancing With the Stars friends were quick to send their love to the couple. Pasha Pashkov commented, “Happy Valentine’s Day lovebirds!!!” Season 31 contributor Wayne Brady wrote, “I knew it!!!!! Congratulations!” Selma Blair captioned Daniel’s post, “Love this so much.”
After DWTS season 31 ended, Daniel and Britt reunited on the Dancing With the Stars LIVE tour. Daniel, Britt and Daniel’s interpreter Gabe Gomez had a delightful reunion in late January 2023. Daniel and Britt will perform in Wilmington, North Carolina on Valentine’s Day.

Daniel became the third deaf contestant to compete on Dancing With the Stars. Britt learned sign language while working with the CODA star on the show.
“I’m so grateful to my partner Britt because she didn’t know ASL when she met me and she knew nothing about deaf culture,” Daniel EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife in November 2022. And then we met and now she’s picking it up so quickly. My deaf community is so happy with Britt and they are so proud of her for showing the world that there is no reason to be afraid. ASL is not strange. Britt was so excited and we made an instant connection. She is a great teammate.”

Britt also told HollywoodLife that it’s “so beautiful” how she and Daniel are “aligned.” “I have a non-profit organization for young BIPOC dancers [Share The Movement], and we’re going to make everyone dance and really make dance accessible to everyone,” said Britt. “It’s also so nice because Daniel teaches me his language. I’m totally immersed in ASL and it seems pretty natural to me. He teaches me in the rehearsals, and that’s just the best exchange of knowledge.”
