Fire engulfs Russian security building in Rostov-on-Don

A building of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) caught fire in the southern city of Rostov-on-Don.

Footage shows the building engulfed in fire, with smoke seen across the city.

Local residents said they heard a loud explosion before the fire.
