Heat star Tyler Herro pays record $10.5 million for Miami villa

It’s been a lovely first few days of 2023 for Miami Heat point guard Tyler Herro. On New Year’s Eve, he had 29 points and hit a game-winning 3-pointer in a 126-123 win over the Utah Jazz.
Herro followed with 23 points in a 110-100 win over the LA Clippers. As Miami wraps up a five-game road trip on the West Coast, he will have a luxurious place to call home.

In late December, the fourth-year player paid $10.5 million for a property in Miami-Dade County’s Pinecrest neighborhood. According to The Real Deal, a South Florida real estate news site, the price is a record for the Pinecrest area and more than double what it was when the home was first purchased in 2021. According to the Robb Report, the home is one of nine square-foot lots that to be sold for $8 million or more.
Herro, who signed a four-year, $130 million contract extension with the Heat in October, is enjoying himself in his new home. The 9,505 square foot home features eight bedrooms and 8½ bathrooms in a tropical garden setting.

It is a modern house with floor to ceiling windows. According to the Robb Report, the house is made of marble and wood imported from Brazil and Italy. There is a wine cellar, a chef’s kitchen and an expansive media room.
Being South Florida, Herro, 22, also gets to enjoy the great outdoors in his new digs. There is a large pool with cabana and outdoor kitchen.
