Megan Thee Stallion’s bodyguard isn’t technically missing from the police perspective just yet
2:05 pm PT – LAPD tells TMZ they don’t have a missing persons case open for Justin Edison. That doesn’t necessarily mean he’s not being held accountable at the moment – but his alleged disappearance just hasn’t reached the level for police to classify him as such. We’ve also reached out to prosecutors for comment…no word back yet.
Megan Thee Stallion’s bodyguard – a key figure in Tory Lanez’s trial – has reportedly vanished… and cops are said to be looking into the case.
MTS attorney Alex Spiro told TMZ … “We recently learned that Justin Edison went missing just before he was due to appear in court. The LAPD is currently investigating his disappearance and welcomes any information regarding his whereabouts.”
Prosecutor Alexander Bott revealed a series of text messages Kelsey Harris sent to Megan’s bodyguard at 4:27 a.m., about five minutes after the shooting:
“Tory Shot Meg”
The Shade Room – which first broke the news – reports that a separate source familiar with the situation insists Justin’s own lawyer hasn’t heard from him since Thursday… and that he appears to have important information about the case. We already knew that much.
Remember, this is the guy Kelsey Harris — Meg’s ex-BFF who was in the car that night — texted almost immediately after the shooting and wrote… “Help,” “Tory shot Meg,” and “911.” “. He probably could have provided more context on this…including any follow-up conversations he had with either Kelsey or Megan. However, now he seems to be nowhere to be found.

With the uncertainty of whether Tory’s driver – who was also in the car that night – testifying (so far it doesn’t look like it) and a very hazy narrative drafted by Kelsey himself… Justin could potentially have been pivotal to this one thing to swing in one direction or the other.
Spiro’s concerns also seem to suggest foul play could be afoot, but so far… there’s no evidence of that. We’ve reached out to the LAPD to confirm if Justin is indeed listed as a missing person at this time — and if they’re actively searching for him.
