In the Indian megacity of Mumbai there is a city forest that is four times the size of New York’s Central Park.

It is home to a community of aboriginal people who live side by side with leopards.

The land is prime real estate and parts have been converted in recent decades.

Now the government is pursuing a controversial plan to cut further into the forest to build a subway depot.
