Ryan Reynolds-backed Mint Mobile will be bought by T-Mobile, the company announced on Wednesday. The acquisition is part of the wireless carrier’s plan to buy Ka’ena Corporation, which owns Ultra Mobile and Plum, for up to $1.35 billion.

“I’m so proud of the entire Mint team and so excited for what’s to come,” he added.
According to the press release, Reynolds will continue in his creative role on behalf of Mint.
