Tristan Thompson and Maralee Nichols have reportedly reached an agreement.

The NBA player has reached a child support agreement with Maralee for their son Theo, 12 months, multiple outlets reported Dec. 16, though the case is sealed.

As for the deal, Tristan will pay $9,500 a month in child support while Maralee will have sole custody, per Entertainment Tonight.

He will also pay a portion of Maralee’s legal fees, according to the outlet, which noted a visitation schedule will be finalized at a later date. TMZ also confirmed the details of the settlement.

E! News has reached out to Maralee and Tristan’s reps for comment, but has yet to receive a response.

Their child support agreement comes about a year after Maralee gave birth to baby Theo on December 1, 2021. Ahead of her son’s arrival, the model filed a lawsuit against the NBA player in Los Angeles in June 2021, where she said she became pregnant with Tristan’s baby in March of that year, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
