Where was Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery filmed?

At that time I was in Greece, in Athens and on Crete myself. And it was brutal, over 100 degrees every day and the sky was brown from the smoke from the fires.

And you can see that here and there in the actors. You can tell they’re a little stressed out by the heat. I’m sure it was torture for her. But there were also beautiful days. And just being there and looking at the Mediterranean Sea is just amazing. In fact, I think it’s one of my favorite places on earth. i love this place Unfortunately, my job doesn’t keep me in the beautiful places. It’s more about getting ahead of the company and making sure they have sets to shoot when they catch up.

To clarify, the Aman does not enjoy close proximity to the beach, as may appear in the film. Where is that beach you were filming on?

In the film, Miles’ villa is supposed to be right on the water. The Amanzoe villa does have a beach club which they will drive you to, but it is a little away. We were filming here when the yacht docked at the shore and all that. One of the pools is downstairs like that too. It is only about four and a half kilometers from the villa.

Did you enjoy free time?

I did that for a week and a half to two weeks during filming and also on a few visits beforehand. I got to stay at the villa which was so special and pretend to work while just having a really fabulous time. We have to travel through these different areas of olive trees and beaches and eat the fish and the horiatiki. There was a yacht that we rented during filming that they bring to the island in the film, so we were able to use it briefly. It wasn’t for holiday purposes but it’s always nice to be on the water on a fabulous yacht.

We weren’t too far from Spetses Island either, which is where we shot. When they all arrive in Greece and wait for the yacht, that’s Spetses. I returned there with my family. We hired a boat and went around the island to these beautiful bays and beaches – and you can do the whole trip in one day. Lots of diving and snorkeling and fabulous food and I really miss talking about it right now.
