Nick Viall is off the market! The former The Bachelor star got on one knee to ask for his girlfriend Natalie Joy’s hand! On Jan. 12, 2023, Nick took to his Instagram and shared a beautiful photo album of the couple with a good look at the giant engagement ring with the caption, “For the rest of my life it’s you.”

According to her Instagram bio, she is a “Surgical Technologist,” also often referred to as a scrub or surgical technician. She regularly shares snaps of herself wearing medical gowns and even took to Instagram in January 2021 to post a picture of herself wearing a pink surgical cap and blue gowns, along with a protective face mask of course. “I know you can’t see it, but I smile 100% under this mask!! I really love my job,” she captioned the picture. Surgical technicians assist physicians before, during and after surgical procedures and are considered important members of the surgical team.

They were first linked in 2019

It remains unclear how the couple met, but Nick began liking her Instagram photos in 2019. Fans also started speculating about a possible romance back then when they both started posting from what appeared to be the same places. In May 2020, Nick opened an episode of Big Demi Energy with Demi Burnett about quarantine dating. “I’m talking about it. [Doing] FaceTime, Zoom. I’d say singles out there are as eager as ever,” joked Nick. “Everyone is horny.”

She officially became Instagram in 2020

After much speculation, the couple made things official when Natalie shared several clips of Nick on her Instagram story in 2020. The pair wore virtual reality goggles and Natalie approached the former reality TV star to kiss him. Nick, who was obviously immersed in the VR game, laughed and said, “You’re driving me crazy.”
